잘 먹겠습니다!
For lunch, I had a taste of 12 traditional korean side dishes and beef stew. The side dishes included kimchi pancake, sweet potatoes cooked in different styles, preserved kimchi and vegetables, rolled vegetable wraps, etc. I was told that the side dishes are made fresh everyday, which explains how good and fresh it tasted! As for the beef stew, it was quite similar to the pork ribs stew I had on the third day of my trip, but the soup had a more neutral taste than a strong one. The stew contained huge chunks of juicy minced beef, chewy glass noodles, baby mushrooms and vegetables.

Bibimbap+shabu shabu
For dinner, I had bibimbap served in a hot stone pot. It had rice mixed with shredded seaweed, carrots, cucumber, bean sprouts and minced meat. I also had a pot of shabu shabu to go with the bibimbap. I discovered how fast shabu shabu pork can be cooked as I only had to put the raw meat in for 10 seconds! Though the meal had quite a bland taste overall, it was still very delicious and healthy and the seaweed gave a slight saltiness to the meal.
